Kielbasa BBQ Bites
Juicy sausage bites on RITZ Crackers are topped with cheese and barbecue sauce to make hearty appetizers for your next party. Just heat up the kielbasa and they're ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredient list
- 4 oz. turkey kielbasa, cut into 16 slices
- ⅓ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 RITZ Crackers
- 4 tsp. bbq sauce
Directions
Cook kielbasa slices in nonstick grill pan over medium heat 1 to 2 min. on each side or until heated through and evenly browned on both sides. Remove from heat.
Top with cheese. Let stand 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top crackers with kielbasa slices. Drizzle with barbecue sauce.
Serve warm.
