Makes 3 servings, 5 topped crackers each.

Ingredient list

5 slices hard salami
15 slices cracker-sized sliced mild cheddar cheese (5 oz.)
15 RITZ Crackers
15 thin red pepper strips
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Use small cookie cutter or sharp knife to cut 3 small bell-shaped pieces out of each salami slice and to cut 1 small bell-shaped piece out of each cheese slice. Reserve trimmings for snacking or other use. (See Tip.)

Top crackers with salami and cheese cut-outs.

Decorate with peppers and parsley.
